Cockpit server REST reference, next.

All routes sit below the Cockpit server's session gate (app.use('/api', auth.requireSession)) except /api/health. Generated from the real route table in ui/server/src.

POST /api/create#

create feature | create layer --feature f --layers l1,l2 | create --feature f create, refactor, research and import honour project.execution.mode (engine = the in-process call, cli = the real CLI's --format json); requests that ask for a model call always run in-process (writeVerbsApi.mjs). LLM use is opt-in PER RUN Settings only says WHICH provider a capability uses; nothing is called unless the request itself asks (useLlm: true). A "feature" has no fillable body, so it never applies.
