Every scenario the flow can take, the branch that tells it apart, and whether a test covers it. A covered
scenario opens its (locked) test; an uncovered one offers Generate. Last result comes from the latest run.
The Story column shows which @story S<n> ids the row's test(s) reference, and whether that id is
actually in the story's acceptance list -- muted "Not in story" when the tag itself is a stray reference.
