Commit whatever is pending right now: the Commit button in manual mode, and the "don't wait for the coalescing window" action in coalesce.

The answer to "you had uncommitted changes when this session started — carry them onto the session branch, or stash them?". remember keeps the answer for this project so a user who always answers the same way is not asked forever

POST /api/git/plan#
Optional: tell the session which plan/ticket it is working from, so the branch is named after the work and the commit body can say what was planned versus not 's planTouches).
