The 3-pane frame: top bar, Browser (left) | stage (middle) | Tools (right), an optional bottom drawer and a status bar. Every region is a slot; panes are resizable (drag or arrow keys) and collapsible. Presentation only: sizes and limits come in as props.
focus is the shell standing down: the rail, top bar, drawer and status
bar are not rendered and the side panes are hidden, so the stage owns the
viewport. The panes stay mounted behind hidden — a screen must not lose what
is in its Tools tabs just because the app was looked at full screen.
