Builds the hierarchy layout plus one line per (parent outgoing pill, child received pill) pair that share a prop name — fanning out from a single outgoing pill when more than one child receives that name — plus one same-node connector edge per traced rename link, and colors that group renamed pill names together instead of purely by literal name.
