Cockpit server REST reference, v0.8.

All routes sit below the Cockpit server's session gate (app.use('/api', auth.requireSession)) except /api/health. Generated from the real route table in ui/server/src.

GET /api/help#

Read-only. Returns the CLI's real help/usage text, imported directly from the same source modules bin/construct.mjs and the REPL use (see src/usage.mjs and src/repl.mjs's exported HELP_TOPICS/TOPIC_ORDER/ getTopLevelHelpText) — never a hand-copied duplicate — so the UI's Help page can render the CLI reference from the exact same source of truth as construct (no args) and construct repl's help/help <topic>.
